Welcome to Dadu's Achaar. By browsing this website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Dadu's Achaar is a home-run kitchen based in Delhi NCR, India, hand-crafting small-batch achaar using traditional recipes and organic cold-pressed mustard oil. All products are made in a residential kitchen following food-safety best practices.

2. Products

• All products are prepared to order or in small daily batches. Slight variations in colour, texture and taste between batches are natural and not a defect.
• Ingredients are listed on every product page. Please read them if you have any known allergies (mustard, sesame, gluten, dairy).
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on dadusachaar.com is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example: incomplete address, suspected fraud, service-area restrictions) with a full refund.

4. Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card / UPI details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within our delivery zone.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

5. Delivery Zone

We currently deliver only within Delhi NCR. Orders outside this zone will be cancelled and refunded. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timelines and fees.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content on dadusachaar.com — brand name, logo, product photography, recipes, illustrations, and copy — is the property of Dadu's Achaar and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dadu's Achaar's total liability for any order is limited to the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
